K.A.N. Development signed an agreement on strategic cooperation
8.12.11 a press conference was held in UNIAN, where such groups of companies as K.A.N. Development Sport Life signed a strategic partnership to develop a chain of Sport Life fitness clubs in the facilities of K.A.N. Development.
Within the scope of this cooperation in 2012 two joint projects will be implemented - launching fitness clubs of Sport Life chain in the 101 Tower BC, in the Comfort Town residential complex, and additionally in the IQ BC in early 2013. The first joint project will be implemented in early 2012 in the Class A 101 Tower business center, locating a Sport Life fitness club in it. As of today the facility aroused great interest among market experts and potential tenants, because in addition to innovative building solutions and technologies it offers the highest level of service and a unique internal infrastructure within the modern fitness club, restaurant with a lobby-bar, a cafeteria, a mini market, a bank office, a beauty salon, a notary's office, a conference hall, and an indoor parking. The new Sport Life fitness club, a total area of 3.5 thousand sq. m., located on the sixth floor of the business center, will have spacious studios for group fitness programs and 1.000 sq. m. gym with cardio, power and weightstack fitness equipment, massage, and a beauty salon. There will also be operating a full swimming pool with 4 lanes, each 25 meters long. Not the least of the factors is that a parking area will be specially allocated for the fitness club customers. A parking lot in the business center is equipped with modern video surveillance systems. Today, as a result of successful cooperation, companies continue to develop new projects, which soon will be announced.
В рамках данного сотрудничества уже в 2012 году будет реализовано два совместных проекта – открытие фитнес-клубов сети «Sport Life» в БЦ «101 TOWER», жилом комплексе «Комфорт Таун», а также еще один клуб в БЦ «IQ» в начале 2013 года.
Первый совместный проект будет реализован уже в начале 2012 года в бизнес-центре класса «А» «101 TOWER» с расположенным в нем фитнес-клубом «Sport Life». На сегодняшний день объект вызвал большой интерес у экспертов рынка и потенциальных арендаторов, так как помимо инновационных строительных решений и технологий он предлагает сервис наивысшего уровня и единственную в своем роде внутреннюю инфраструктуру в составе ультрасовременного фитнес-клуба, ресторана с лобби-баром, столовой, минимаркета, отделения банка, салона красоты, нотариальной конторы, конференц-холла, крытого паркинга
Новый фитнес-клуб «Sport Life», общей площадью 3,5 тыс. кв. м., расположится на шестом этаже бизнес-центра, где будут просторные студии для проведения групповых программ и тренажерный зал площадью 1000 кв. м с кардио- , силовыми и грузоблочными тренажерами, массажные кабинеты и салон красоты. Тут же будет функционировать полноценный плавательный бассейн на 4 дорожки длинной 25 метров. Немаловажно также, что для посетителей фитнес-клуба будет выделена специальная зона парковки. При этом паркинг в бизнес-центре оснащен современными системами видеонаблюдения и контроля.
Сегодня по результатам успешного сотрудничества компании продолжают развивать новые проекты, анонс которых будет совсем скоро.
